Kia Ora - I'm Viv Aitken. Along with my esteemed colleagues Tim Taylor and Whakarongo Tauranga I've produced two podcast series: Introduction to Mantle of the Expert (2021) and Effective Teaching in Mantle of the Expert (2020). *

We've chosen the "Buy Me a Coffee" platform to share our podcasts because we love the ethos. It works like this. All episodes are freely available (see posts). If you like what you hear, you might like to 'buy a coffee' - ie make a small payment. Click 'follow' and you'll receive info about future episodes as these are uploaded.

As you listen through the episodes you can keep buying coffees - as many as you like - to a level you can afford.  If everyone who listens buys a coffee for each episode that might go some way to covering the $2500 it cost to create each series. However, there's no obligation, no membership, no subscription to pay. And no ads or algorithms either.

This means we can share the podcasts as widely as possible, everyone pays only what they can, and any income goes to pay the presenters and acknowledge the work that went into crafting the podcasts - win win! 

Please note - technical quality on these podcasts is not always 100%. They were recorded over zoom and painstakingly edited over many months using Garage Band software. Even with occasional sound issues, we trust you'll find the content well worth listening to. Notes to accompany each episode will be posted in the comment section directly following each post.
