Hello, hello! It has been quick a LONG TIME since I last updated or did something on this site. The reason being I have been tremendously busy in August, with planning some future plans and helping my family. So, without further ado, here are some of the updates of Vivski Entertainment:
Monday Mysteries
Monday Mysteries will return the next Monday, and I will continue the adventure of the game Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened. After I finish this game, I have a collection of other mystery/puzzle/detective video games that I will be playing for this project. If you have a recommendation or request, please do let me know.
The Forest Hide Secrets
This collection of short stories is also still happening, however it is currently on hold as I continue to work on it and add more stories. At the moment, I have six stories lined up, but none of them are finished and are not yet ready to be released. Hopefully, by the end of 2021, I will have a lot of them completed with at least a quarter being released for you all to read and enjoy.
Motzie Shabbat Podcast and Reviews
As you may have noticed, I have not yet released any reviews or podcast that I was planning and promised to do. The reason being is that I started to feel not comfortable with a format that, in my eyes was very, very similar to other shows and other critics. For those that did not know, I have previously wrote film reviews for METIOR (Murdoch University magazine) and wrote the animation news article for Supanova. As a result of this, I have decided to abort these plans. You may be wondering if there will be something to replace it, and there is! Introducing...
United Soviet Picture Presents
United Soviet Picture Presents (or USPP) is a new project that I will be working on. This project will be me exploring, reviewing and suggesting amazing old-school Russian films that you, the audience, might not have ever watched. There is SO many incredible films and series that were produced in the Soviet Union, that I want to highlight. The first series that I will be looking at will be the first two episodes of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, directed by Igor Maslennikov in 1979, starring Vasily Livanov as Holmes and Vitaly Solomin as Watson. The reason why I am starting with this series is because genuinely, it is my favourite TV series ever! I will probably watch the series the coming weekend, and will try to have the video ready by the end of September.
Fiasco at the Agency
My first board game is almost ready to begin playtesting. All that is left is to re-design the cards and boards that will be used for the game. Be on the look out for when you can try the game out!
The Magic in Magic: The Gathering
The documentary is still in the works, however as I have been very busy on August, I did not manage to progress any further. I am hoping to get the forms ready by September and maybe look for crew at the start of October. I have the plot line that I will be using and the progression of events that the documentary will take. Best case scenario is that I will start filming mid or late October.
