In this episode , I’m talking to Lindsay Atkin, a primary school teacher and NW instructor with Bristol & Bath Nordic Walking. She qualified as a British NW instructor in January 2020 and enjoys leading walks outdoors around Bath. At the end of 2021, Lindsay was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and today, she talks to me about the role that NW has played in her life as she goes through treatment.
