In episode 2, I talk to Katharine Green, from Nordic Walking East Anglia, about posture and also about what a new client can expect from a Nordic Walking Class.  Katharine, highlights the importance of correct posture during exercise; how the practice of Nordic Walking raises awareness of good postural habits amongst participants; and she explains how Nordic Walking classes are structured.  Whilst Katharine describes specifically the classes delivered by Nordic Walking East Anglia, instructors throughout the country will plan their sessions in a similar way.
