Back when I was still living in NYC I didn’t really eat a lot of shrimp. Mainly because most of the shrimp available to me were frozen.
Here in Thailand I can find fresh shrimp. All year round. So whenever when I’m in the mood for shrimp, I just pop over to my local market for fresh shrimp.
This time, I made Chinese Salt and Pepper Shrimp!
