How to Practice Aromatic Dressing With Essential Oils

This is one of my favourite ways to use essential oils to self massage my body and nurture my skin.

All you need is Fractionated Coconut Oil (or an oil of your choice) and a combination of your favourite essential oils.

Just note that Citrus oils photosynthesise with your skin when exposed to direct sunlight. So to be safe, I'd avoid using them on directly on your skin exposed to sunlight (unless your planning on having a lazy day inside for the next 24hrs in your onesie lol)

The blend I love to use is a beautiful blend with Lavender, Geranium, Frankincense and Balance. Everyone is different and the best way to select essential oils is to intuitively pick what you love.
