How To Make A Vision Board

A vision board is a great visual representation of our dreams, desires, hopes and goals we want to manifest. It’s a powerful tool you can use to visually focus your mind on the positivity and things you want to attract in your life.
Vision boards act as a visual motivation. When we constantly admire the things we want to attract we keep our focus on it and this helps us when we feel lost, unmotivated or uninspired. It’s a great project to get your really thinking about your goals and dreams and it’s a great way to creatively connect with your inner child and develop motivation.
How to Create a Vision Board:
1. Put on some music to set the vibe.
2. Close your eyes and think about all the things you want to attract into your life in the areas of dream career, family life, social life, dream home, love life, day to day routine, health & fitness, places you want to visit, car and things you want to own, everything you can think of that sparks joy and makes you feel good.
3. Start looking on Pinterest, magazines and the internet for pictures, words or things that jump out at you. Focus on the things that really spark joy and you dream of having in your life.
4. Find a canvas or large piece of cardboard and stick all the pictures onto your Vision Board.
5. Place your vision board in a central location where you will look at it everyday. I used to have mine on my wall at the end of my bed so I could see it when I woke up or walked out my door.
6. Look at your vision board everyday and set an intention for the day to attract your dream life and this give you a sense of motivation.
