22 March 2021. I like to start the week with a recovery run 🏃‍♂️ I found that it’s much easier on my body to get started and go out at easy pace rather than staying in bed 🛌 I usually also run on Monday with no gadgets (phone 📱 or camera 📸) so can take it all in and don’t have to worry about taking pictures and cool spots. Instagram also introduced that pressure, I keep it real here. Weekend 📷 with wifey ❤️
