Hi, I'm Kat, and I run Widows Lost & Found, an online community for those who've lost their partner.

I started this group in April of 2021 after my husband died from COVID-19 just a week before his 26th birthday. As a young widow, I felt completely alone in my grief journey, and I resolved to help others combat that same loneliness. 

I facilitate our group on Discord where I provide support to other widows. I also create content for our Instagram and Facebook profiles. 

This is a project about which I am passionate. Those of us who've lost their partner deserve a community who gets it, without the awkward coffee dates or the exhaustion of leaving the house. Life without our partners sucks; I'm trying to help it suck a little less.
