However, that's not my happiness hack today.

One particular study showed that one of the greatest catalysts for increased happiness is experienced with any behavior that a person feels they have chosen, rather than ought to do.

Meaning, say goodbye to obligatory "should do" scenarios and instead, choose things you WANT to spend your time on.

Say no more often and say yes to yourself.

You'll be happier for it.
