Whilst travelling one of the things that changed my life exponentially was the people I met, and the things they introduced me to. From the stories they told me to the book suggestions they provided, to the life philosophies they introduced me to, each moment with them became a magical one and altered my trajectory towards a life I never could have imagined and am so thankful for now.

My goal is to connect others to these magic moments. Whether it be the person who lights up your day, that video which makes you smile, the information you needed to make a decision, these magic moments have been designed to give you the nudge you need to take the next step down your own journey.

Magic Moments are sent on weekdays and currently free for all. Each moment will contain one new usable Inner Wellness resource or tool or person. All selected to help you create new opportunities, see new perspectives and create magic moments in your everyday life.
