Sorry it has been a while since the last upload! Here is a great daoyin exercise for you to try - The Camel Stretches. This is a very strong exercise so be careful not to pull the muscles on the front of your thighs. Just relax back and don't try to force your hands to touch your heels. Breathe smoothly and evenly and return as soon as you feel the stretch.
