I've decided to reduce the frequency of videos I publish on Youtube from September until the end of this year. Instead of weekly yoga videos, I'm targeting 2-3 videos per month.
There are now 175 published videos on my channel, so I've created a yoga calendar for September to help you discover or re-discover some of the older videos. This calendar features short yoga videos (10-15 min) on weekdays, many of which can be done without a yoga mat. For the weekend, there is one longer video (30-40 min) which you can do on Saturday or Sunday.
