Pooping Problem?

Oct 15, 2021

Aloha my ohana of supporters!

I was talking to a friend today that is suffering from a "pooping problem", basically frequent diarrhea which they think may be because of inflammation of the colon. Going to the bathroom every few hours is a pain in the butt, literally and figuratively, and I know that it can be common so I wanted to share my experience with you all to help more than just this one friend.

To help this friend I told her one of the things I do when I get inflammation anywhere in my body... and that is to apply an Aeon phototherapy patch which triggers the body to heal itself and reduce inflammation. When I get a sinus headache, if I apply the patch before the headache becomes real bad then the pressure goes down within 30 minutes or less, usually. I usually keep these patches on hand so I can put it on right away.

Here's a link for more info about these patches:

My friend needs to order the patches online so it will take a few days before she can use them but then she'll have them on hand to deal with future issues. But in the meantime, I wanted to help her find a quicker fix, so I did some research and found an article that explained what can be done to overcome and avoid this condition.

To summarize it, detox your body by stop filling it with foods that contain more toxins and instead fill it with foods that are higher in good stuff (anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, etc) ...

  • replace grains with potatoes and vegetables

  • replace greasy / oily meats with grilled or boiled meat

  • drink more water instead of soda or alcohol

  • drink aloe vera juice during the day

  • drink valerian tea at night

  • exercise more

Hope this helps you or someone you care about to avoid or at least reduce pooping problems!

Let me know if it did in a comment or email me. If you have questions and want more info in a video or a post, let me know too.

Also, please share your experience that may help our ohana!

Much Aloha to you all my brothers and sisters!
