I deeply apologize for not giving you an update in the past few weeks. As I said in my last post, I am working on completing my Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing (BSCC) degree from Western Governors University. Since my last post, I have completed two additional courses (Software Engineering and Cloud Architecture) and will be taking my exam tomorrow morning for "Introduction to Programming in Python". I am not a programmer by any means, but this course was about understanding the basics of Python. The exam will be an Objective Assessment where I will be looking at the scenario and executing Python commands.
In the Software Engineering course, I had to propose a Customer Management (CRM) System solution to meet the business needs. I had to detail the project goals and requirements and even provide some diagrams. I used Storyboard That to create some nice storyboards that showed a brief user overview and Diagrams.net for the flowcharts.
In the Cloud Architecture course, we had to come up with a cloud application solution for a mobile banking app. In the project, I had to discuss how the APIs would work and how the application would be secure. Given that I know a good bit about AWS, I stuck with what I know and what services would work with the application. Again, I used Diagrams.net to create some good diagrams. I even through a Gannt chart in for a Project Timeline. The evaluator enjoyed the use of the Gannt chart. I ended up with 8 diagrams in that paper. Here is one of my diagrams for Single Sign-On API.
Hopefully, I pass my "Introduction to Python Programming" exam in the morning. I take my proctored exams at my office where it is quiet in the evenings and weekends.
