The answer is "hardly."
I'm currently starting my 2nd chemo session and the side effects are hellish.
Apparently, colon cancer patients suffer from very agonizing body pains at night. Tumors are kicking overdrive.
There is no comfortable sleeping position and as I toss and turn the whole evening, vertigo sets in to fuck me up some more.
I am in no condition to write, work, think, function. My mind operates on cleverbot levels.
I am writing this to take advantage of a rare window of coherence before sleeping the whole day to make up for living a nightmare every evening.
And I have 2 more sessions after this.
And miles to go before I sleep.
