Managing Anger

Anger is often viewed as an unacceptable emotion. However, being angry can be helpful. It can be a catalyst for making positive changes in our life. Feeling angry can come from a sense of injustice and help us to stand up for our rights or for the rights of others.

Anger is only a problem with it is expressed in ways that are unhelpful to ourselves and those around us. This can be anger that is explosive, unproductive or turned inwards to become resentment.
