homebridge-weather-plus in version 3.1 released

I have released version 3.1 with the long awaited support for config-ui-x. Also the thresholds of the sensors for the Apple Home App are now adjustable. And if you want to see the air pressure in mmhg you can now adjust this with the unit settings.
