Barn Owl in Flight

An afternoon visit to Bough Beech Reservoir in Kent, England, gave me the opportunity to photograph this Barn Owl as it looked for prey in a grassy field. The best point to observe the owl was, unfortunately, looking into the sun but with reducing the exposure by 1.3 it actually created a nice effect shining through the white wingtips of the Barn Owl.
