Well another week has come and gone. I did get my Kids book "Leveling up my Awesome" released. I have been pretty good about getting my butt to the gym. I have been horrible at putting out content this last week. I got some comic reviews I'll get up this week. I hope you have a great day!!!

Happy Monday everyone! I woke up about 445 today. Wide awake!!! I got a few things to do at home then off to the gym. I got a pretty big content to do list today. Lets take a look at my to do. I started doing podcasts well over a year ago on my own. This has been very therapeutic for me. I have learned a great deal about myself.
